Batchelder, Los Angeles, CA  1909-1932

Depression-glazed, six-sided Batchelder tile with geometric pattern.  The medium blue glaze is only in the recessed areas, and the raised pattern is unglazed or bisque terra cotta.  Very unique.

Good condition; side chips blend into the clay
