Tudor Tiles, Los Angeles, CA  1927-1939

Many buff-colored clay tiles from this company resemble the matte finished art tiles of Claycraft.   That is because George Skee, the superintendent and owner of Tudor, worked for Claycraft before coming to Tudor.    Here is a very 3-dimensional, scenic tile with soft, muted glaze colors.  Nice detailing around the edges.  Can be displayed as is, framed or set into a fireplace surround.   We have other scenics in this size; contact us for photos.

7  3/4″ x 3  3/4″ x 3/4″ thick
