Garden City Pottery, San Jose, CA  1902-1979

Flower frogs come in all shapes and sizes and were popular with florists, designers and homemakers.   This one comes from Garden City, possibly 1930-40’s, and has 13 openings for stems.  Green glaze has a textured surface with glossy finish.  Nice and heavy.  We just acquired more in various colors-inquire for details.  Also have an orange one that didn’t get into the photo.
