Malibu Potteries, Malibu, CA  1926-1932

This very rare, possibly one-of-a-kind pitcher was made in 1926 for the Rindge family, owners of Malibu Potteries.   The glossy brown has a green over glaze resulting in a beautiful surface.  This was hand thrown with an applied handle.    A wonderful piece of history for any collector!
