This is one of Bauer’s jardiniere designs, sometimes referred to as “porch pots.”   Hi-Fire line was introduced in 1937.  Here are 2 examples, cobalt and yellow with rings.  (We have another cobalt with tiny chips on top edge, priced at $75).
