Unknown Tile Maker, circa 1920’s

This very three-dimensional vintage tile depicts a sailing ship on the ocean.  Matte glazing in shades of blue appears to be thick and textured in some areas.   The work is reminiscent of Russell Crook.   The 6 1/2″ tile has rounded edges.   Wood frame is newer with nice detailing.
