Malibu Potteries, Malibu, CA  1926-1932

This tile was made for a custom installation at the Rindge family home.   As with many of the Rindge tiles we have seen, it was matte glazes and is very thick/chunky.   Unsure of the application, but since the uneven edge is glazed, it must have been visible within the installation.

5 1/2″ x 5  1/2″ x 1″ thick
