CALCO Ashtray-Female Nude
CALCO (California Clay Products), So. Gate, CA 1923-1932
Before Rufus Keeler helped form Malibu Potteries in 1926, he worked at CALCO. This ashtray design was made by both companies, which leads us to believe the Mr. Keeler took this pattern with him. The ashtray features a nude female lying on her side. The black glazing has a satiny finish and CALCO TILE is marked on the piece.
8″ long x 6″ wide x 1 1/4″ thick
Great condition; minor wear
Qty = 1 $425
