Van Briggle pieces have such a distinctive look, and collectors all over love their smooth, matte glazes and simple lines. This lamp, although not signed or dated, is possibly from mid 1920-1940. It starts out with pale blue ribbing on the neck and evolves into a rich mauve at the bottom. And it works!
